At Toronto Business Development Centre (TBDC), Neha Bahl is the Executive Director and President managing various programs including the Start-up Visa Program (SUV Program), Incubation program for Canadian Start-ups and Entrepreneurial Programs for the City of Toronto.

Toronto’s vibrant ecosystem has achieved international recognition and homegrown success. The strength of this ecosystem is fuelled by international talent pool and unique set of support programs. Neha’s perspective for the Toronto ecosystem leads to an inviting economy and robust ecosystem to be home to new, innovative international entrepreneurs and start-ups.

Neha has also co-founded Commence Mint – Accelerator for early stage tech start-ups which has a unique model for building start-ups and helping early-stage entrepreneurs to transform disruptive tech ideas into global businesses.

Neha has studied Engineering and is an MBA graduate from Warwick Business School, UK with corporate experience at Infosys and Ernst & Young (E&Y), to name a few.
