Dr. Dhruv Nath

Dr Dhruv Nath is a Professor at MDI, Gurgaon. He is also an Angel Investor and a Director with Lead Angels Network. In the process, Dr Nath has mentored over fifty Digital Business Start-ups, such as Planet Spark, Trivone, MyCuteOffice, Planet Superheroes, QACCO, Belita, GameXS, Greymeter, AHA Taxis etc.

Earlier he spent twenty years with NIIT, where he launched and headed several new initiatives, such as the National Institute of Sales and LEDA. His last assignment at NIIT was creating and heading NIIT’s eBusiness Practice, as Senior Vice President.

Dr. Nath has been a Consultant to the Top Management of several organizations such as Glaxo, Apollo Hospitals, Gillette, Nestle, Indian oil Corporation, Bajaj Auto, etc., in the Strategic use of IT for Business. He has also conducted Top Management Programs in eGovernance for the Prime Minister of Namibia and the Chief Minister of Delhi.

“Funding Your Start-Up and Other Nightmares” is his fourth book. Prior to this he  has written three books published by McGraw-Hill.

Dr Nath has a B Tech in Electrical Engineering and a PhD in the Computer Science Area, both from IIT Delhi.
