It is a Not For Profit Organization to serve the humanity across the world without any prejudice.
It operates to meet its some of the objectives as stated below:
1.To start, set up and manage Medical and Health Care Services, institutions with or without the use of Green Technology. To provide Medical and Healthcare Services to the masses through its own Hospitals or by entering into Joint- Ventures with other reputed names in the field of Health Services from India and Abroad.
2.To Operate Schools, colleges, education institutions, universities, free dispensaries, Centers for poor feeding and homes for the aged for the benefit of the public. Providing for grants, scholarships, fellowships and other forms of financial assistance to the needy and deserving students for pursuing education, vocational training, skill development etc.
3.To Grant financial assistance to any educational institution for granting scholarships, prizes, medals, awards for excellence in studies, sports and scientific research, distribution of books and note books for poor and deserving students.
4.Establishment, conduct, maintenance of clinical laboratories, hospitals, nursing homes, dispensaries and institutions of similar nature and providing financial assistance to the deserving persons for medical treatment, in any medical institution.
5.To support, work, establish and co-operate with the likeminded institutions & individuals from within the country & also from across the globe.
6.To raise or borrow money required for the purpose of the Trust on a mortgage or pledge of the estate of the Trust or any part thereof with or without any security and at such rate of interest or otherwise and on such terms and conditions as the Trustees may think fit.
